Eric Frierson

ericEric is a reference and instruction librarian at the University of Texas at Arlington.  He has been a member of ALA since graduate school, and served as the president of the student chapter at the University of Michigan.  He’s active in a variety of ALA-related activities, including chairing the ACRL Research Coordinating Committee.

His interests are largely in instruction and outreach.  He has presented on screencasting, use of multimedia in instruction, and has written about the application of educational theory to library instruction sessions.

He loves donuts, and sometimes wears a gorilla suit.
